The Service

AMPELORA Business is an application for business owners to manage branches, employees, services, clients, and bookings. Public Booking (book.ampelora.com) is a companion page that lets customers book a service directly, without creating an account or installing an app.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms to create an AMPELORA Business account on behalf of a business.

Subscription, Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, or if a subscription lapses, the account moves to read-only mode: existing data remains visible, but new bookings, clients, or edits are blocked until the subscription is renewed.

The current subscription price is ₪99 per month, billed monthly. Pricing is displayed on this website and may change with reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, app, or Public Booking page — including attempting to disrupt the service, accessing data that isn't yours, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the business, service, and booking information they publish to their customers through Public Booking.

Location-Based Services

Some services require a location to be delivered. AMPELORA supports three models: services where the customer visits the business and no location is requested; field and home services that require a single customer location; and transport, moving and delivery services that require both a pickup and a drop-off location.

Business owners are responsible for configuring their profession and services correctly, for reviewing the booking information their customers submit, and for arranging and delivering the actual real-world service.

AMPELORA provides the booking and management software only. AMPELORA is not the transport company, technician, salon, clinic, or other service provider, and is not a party to the arrangement between a business and its customers.

Notifications

Booking notifications are a convenience feature, delivered on a best-effort basis and dependent on device settings, network availability, and third-party notification services. They should not be relied on as the sole means of tracking bookings or other commitments; the AMPELORA Business app remains the authoritative record.

Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the website, app, and Public Booking page available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, or change features of AMPELORA Business or Public Booking over time. We will not remove core functionality you rely on without reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time from within AMPELORA Business (Settings → Delete Account).

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
